How to use this?

1) Apply base coat, cure it under UV / LED light.

2) Apply white nail gel as base colour, cure it under UV / LED lamp. 

3) Apply SAVNI matte top coat, cure it under UV / LED lamp. 

4) Choose your blooming ink color and create effect and let it air dry

5) Apply no-wipe / tempered top coat, cure it under UV / LED lamp.
