Steps to Use:

1. Apply Base Coat and Cure it
2. Apply Black Gel Polish and Cure it
3. Apply a color from the 9D cat eye powder over the cured black gel polish and dab it over evenly with a fair amount (don't rub, only dab)
4. Apply Top Coat over the Cat Eye Powder (don't cure it yet) and take a cat eye magnet tool and draw a design to your liking.
5. Cure the Top Coat and your 9D Cat Eye look is ready!
